2. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are information stored by your browser and, according to their settings, sent to the website that uses them.

The website may also use localStorage and sessionStorage. localStorage keeps information on your device after the browser is closed, while sessionStorage retains it for the browser tab’s session.

The applicable requirements depend on each technology’s purpose and operation. Technologies strictly necessary for a requested service are distinguished from those used for optional purposes.

3. Technologies used directly by the website

The website uses the following technologies for technical functions:

• i18n_redirected: a cookie that remembers the language for language-based redirection. It is persistent and remains until the expiry set by the website or until you delete it.

• acme_cookie_consent: a localStorage entry that records preferences, their version and the dates associated with the choice. The choice has an application-defined validity of 365 days. The browser entry may remain until it is removed or replaced.

• nt-intro-done: a sessionStorage entry that prevents the introductory animation from repeating during the same session. It lasts for the browser tab’s session.

These technologies are not used for advertising campaigns.

Functions restricted to authorised users may use technical authentication technologies separate from ordinary public browsing. Visitors do not need to create an account to browse properties or submit an enquiry.

4. Statistics and preference management

The “Manage preferences” control, available in the footer and on this page, displays functions directly managed by the website. In the current configuration it shows only necessary functions and does not offer an optional analytics category.

This control does not automatically manage all connections to external services.

5. Third-party content

Some pages include resources loaded directly by your browser from external services:

• YouTube / Google: embedded videos using iframes on youtube-nocookie.com. The player may load automatically. This domain mode does not exclude connections to Google or further processing during use.

• OpenStreetMap Foundation: map images requested from the service’s servers when the map component loads.

• Google: reviewer images requested from googleusercontent.com domains in the reviews section.

These requests disclose information necessary for the connection, including your IP address, to the relevant providers. Any third-party cookies or additional identifiers also depend on the service, browser and user interaction.

In the current implementation, these resources are not blocked by the “Manage preferences” panel. The panel therefore does not provide a way to reject every connection to Google, YouTube or OpenStreetMap.

Ordinary links to WhatsApp and social networks open external services when selected and are distinct from embedded content loaded by the page.

6. Browser controls

You can inspect and delete cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy settings or restrict their storage.

Deleting site data may reset your language and saved preferences. Blocking necessary technologies may affect website functionality.

Deleting website data from your browser does not delete an enquiry already submitted to the agency. To exercise your rights regarding data submitted through the forms, please contact clientservices@nortontanzarella.com.
