My wife and I are Americans exploring the possibility of purchasing a home and relocating to Italy. The process can naturally come with a great deal of curiosity, excitement and a little trepidation—especially when trying to understand an unfamiliar real estate system from another country. Francesca and the team at Norton Tanzarella were patient, professional and extremely responsive throughout our property inquiry. Francesca took our questions seriously, communicated clearly and worked diligently to obtain the documents and information we requested. We always felt that our concerns were respected and that she genuinely wanted us to make an informed decision. Although we ultimately chose to pursue a different property that more directly matched our specific plans, our experience with Norton Tanzarella was extremely positive. I recently completed the purchase of a beautiful property in Umbria and could not have been happier with the support I received from the team at Norton Tanzarella throughout the entire process.
